If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we provide a straightforward process for returns and exchanges on all unused items.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package Your Item

    Carefully pack the unused water filter or system in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Doulton

    Affix the provided return label or address the package to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
