How often should I replace my Doulton water filter candle?

For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your ceramic filter candle every 6 to 12 months, or after filtering approximately 2,244 liters (600 gallons) of water, depending on your local water quality.

How long does shipping take within the UK?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you require your filtration system more urgently.

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition for a full refund.

Do Doulton filters remove fluoride from drinking water?

While our standard ceramic filters are designed for bacteria and sediment, we offer specialized filter grades, such as the Ultra Fluoride, specifically designed to reduce fluoride levels in your water.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All Doulton water filter housings come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
